Internships & Cooperative Education

I have done my internship at the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts in Orlando for six months. It was such an exciting experience! I worked in Merchandise Sourcing department and mostly dealt with supply chain related process improvement projects. As majoring in finance, focusing in such a different area made my Disney experience even more interesting, intense, and fun. It was a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge of different concepts. In addition to my daily duties at work, I took online classes at the Disney University and got Harvard Business Review certificates in various areas such as global business, business strategy, leadership and management, and so on. I also went to the theme parks as much as possible. Going to the parks as a cast member contributing to "Disney magic" was a wonderful feeling and even made the parks more fun. Overall, I had the best time of my life there and I believe this was the best internship ever!
